which determines, on basis of an adress-based routing request, which route planners on federal state level should
compute partial routes for their area and sends the related requests to those route planners. The core system assembles
the partial routes into an overall route and presents the result on a map. When clicking on the map, detailed information
is provided by the local system on federal state level. Hence also the partial routes provided by the local system can
be changed directly with the local client, also any additional functionalities provided by this local client can be used.
